学术交流Title: Exploring Efimov physics and beyond in ultracold atomic gases

Abstract: Feshbach resonance provides a unique opportunity to study exotic few-body physics in cold atom experiment. Efimov states are a paradigm of three-body bound states predicted long time ago for particles interacting at s-wave resonance. The binding energies of these states show a geometric scaling. Recent cold atom experiments reveal signatures of the Efimov states for the very first time. With the quest to search for exotic few-body states at higher partial wave resonance, I show that a new paradigm emerges for particles interacting at p-wave resonance in two dimensional space.
